Return and exchange

1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace or return the product provided to him from the Pearl Glow Store within 24 hours of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to replace or return the product after 24 hours have passed from receiving the product.

 


2. In order to replace or return the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it. The Pearl Glow Store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.


 

3- Replacement or return must be made through the online store and cannot be made through our branches.


4. When submitting a return or exchange request in the event that there is no error or defect in the product, the customer bears all shipping costs back and forth.


5. In the event that the provisions of the aforementioned exchange or return policy are available, the consumer has the right to exchange the product by delivering the product in the manner agreed upon with the customer by creating a return policy of his own - * The exchanged product will be shipped within a maximum period of 14 working days from receiving the product at the headquarters of Lumaa Al-Lulu’a.


 

6. The product must be sent by the customer within a maximum period of two days from sending the shipping policy, in order to avoid cancelling the exchange process.


 

7- If there is an error in the product or a manufacturing defect by the Pearl Glow Store, we will bear all shipping costs.


 

8. In case the payment is made using a Mada, Visa, or MasterCard bank card or via Apple Pay, the bank fees will be deducted from the refunded amount by calculating 2% of the order value if the order is made using a Mada card and 2.5% of the total order value if the order is made using a Visa or MasterCard card or using Apple Pay. In case of payment via Tamara or Tabby, the service fees will be deducted from the refunded amount by calculating 5% of the order value.


 

9. The product must be sent by the customer within a maximum period of two days from sending the shipping policy, in order to avoid canceling the return process.


 

10. In the event that the customer does not receive the product after the shipping process and the shipment is returned to the store’s headquarters, the request will be treated as a returned request and the amount paid will be refunded after deducting the amount of 29 riyals for the cost of the shipments and the refunded amount will be deposited into the consumer’s account within

14 business days.


11. Pearl Glow Store has the right to cancel any customer’s order in the event of a defect in the site or due to an error in the mentioned price or the product’s stock running out and return the amount to the customer in his bank account or on his card. The customer does not have the right to demand the provision of the product.


12. Our policy is subject to change without notice. Pearl Glow reserves the right to modify the policies without prior notice to the customer at any time.
