*Ruling on buying gold from an online store*
In order for the sale of gold to be valid according to Islamic law, it is necessary to exchange hand to hand, and in order for the condition of exchange to be fulfilled, the following must be done:
1- When you pay or transfer the price of the item to our account, “ this will be done as a matter of trust .”
2- When the shipping and delivery company delivers the piece to you, the shipping company will undertake the arrest on your behalf.
3- In this case, the condition of exchange will be fulfilled, God willing, as the required amount will be what was transferred as a “ sale ” when the shipping company receives the piece.
